Jeff Gordon came from 36th starting spot to win the race at Talledega. That is the furthest back anyone has started at Talledega and go on to win the race. Dale Earnhardt had the record from last years Talledega race where he started 27th and won the race.

Jeremy had to overcome a broken oil line spraying oil on the back of his seat and tremendous
